Pokémon Scarlet & Violet: Catch Walking Wake and Iron Leaves!

From February 20 - 27, 2025, Pokémon Scarlet & Violet players will have a limited-time opportunity to encounter two exclusive Paradox Pokémon—Walking Wake and Iron Leaves—in challenging 5-star Tera Raid Battles! These rare creatures will appear with unique Tera Types,and are unavailable through normal gameplay in Paldea.

Featured Pokémon Details

Pokémon Scarlet: Walking Wake, Water Tera Type Paradox Pokémon, will appear in 5-star Tera Raid Battles.

Pokémon Violet: Iron Leaves, Psychic Tera Type Paradox Pokémon, will appear in 5-star Tera Raid Battles.

Both Pokémons cannot be encountered in Paldea outside this event. Notably, you can join Tera Raid Battles hosted by trainers using the other version of the game to battle the exclusive Paradox Pokémon.

How to Participate

Download the Latest News: Access the Poké Portal via the X menu, select Mystery Gift, then Check Poké Portal News to sync event data.

Unlock Requirements: Players must complete the main story of Scarlet or Violet to host 5-star raids. Those who haven’t finished the story can still participate in these Tera Raid Battles by joining other Trainers in multiplayer.

Version Exclusivity: Collaborate with Trainers playing the other version of the game to encounter both Walking Wake and Iron Leaves.

Catch Limits: Each Pokémon can be caught once per save file. Trainers who previously caught them in past events cannot catch them again but can earn rewards by replaying raids.

Online Requirements: A Nintendo Switch Online membership (sold separately) and internet access are required for online multiplayer raids.

This event is exclusive to the Paldea region. Future events or methods may reintroduce these Paradox Pokémon, so you'd better seize this limited-time opportunity to secure their place in the Pokédex!
